API Press Release

ANIMAL PROFILING INTERNATIONAL AND GLOBAL ANIMAL MANAGEMENT, INC.

Portland, OR - November 4th, 2008 Animal Profiling International (API) announced today an agreement to combine their core technologies in order to offer the beef and dairy industries an integrated data platform which includes source age verification with BVD PI testing services. This combination provides producers with an easy to implement program specifically designed to increase productivity and animal profitability.

"Biosecurity and food safety are growing concerns within the food industry on a worldwide basis and this program takes an important first step to provide cattlemen with vital information to help ensure they are achieving the highest performance and quality standards for their animals." Bruce W. Hoffman, DVM and President of API added, "Being able to provide our customers with source and age verification as well as Country of Origin Labeling registration (COOL) in one simple package is part of our solution-oriented approach for the industry."

By using this integrated, single point service cow-calf and feedlot operators will have the ability to create and read an instant life history for each animal within their herds. This information can subsequently be used to participate in numerous value-added marketing programs such as age and source verified sales while providing the ability to market their cattle as BVD-PI negative. BVD currently costs the cattle industry over two billion dollars in annual losses.

"Our companies recognize that it is our job to find ways and means to help ranchers gain more value from their animals," said Jim Heinle, president of GAM. "Adding API's diagnostic service into our Tri-Merit® age, source and health certification database provides producers the opportunity to add further value to their calves. We commonly see producers receiving premiums of $25-$30 per head for verifying age, source and health of their calf crop. We expect they will get even greater value for those calves also confirmed to be BVD persistently infected negative."

The service combines GAM's unique data management system for age, source and health certification (Tri-Merit®) with API's BVD-PI diagnostic service to create the first single point management tool for producers to individually identify their animals, certify the age, source and health status and further ensure unproductive animals persistently infected with BVD are located quickly and removed from the herd. This advanced step in biosecurity and proper health protocols assists in preventing infection of other healthy animals.

The API Verify service is available immediately. Please visit www.animalprofiling.com and www.mygamonline for more information today on both products.
